This exclusive event features a moderated panel discussion, dedicated to understanding U.S. and allied Arctic strategies as we move into fiscal year 2025. Particular attention will be given to Arctic policy changes, to include implications of recent accession of Sweden and Finland into NATO.
Distinguished panelists will include:
Moderator: Ms. Sujata Sharma, U.S. Department of State Nordic Unit Chief
Panelists: Ms. Esther McClure, OSD Policy; SES (Ret.) and Col, USAF (Ret.), Mike Ryan; and many more.
Topics will include:
- Shifting Arctic policy and strategy, post NATO enlargement
- Recent or upcoming changes in U.S. and allied Arctic strategies and policies
- Potential roadblocks/conflicts amongst the Arctic nations during implementation of policies and strategies
- Beyond the horizon considerations for defense professionals as we enter 2025 and beyond
- Audience-driven topics/interests (time permitting)
